Adriano Visagie is an International Award winning Actor, Voice over Artist, Contemporary dancer (COTA- College of the Arts), Host, Television Presenter & full time banker.
Visagie is best known for his debut role as ‘ Cardo ‘ in the prison film ‘Salute’ which earned him a nomination at the Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards in Lagos , Nigeria and the title of Best Actor Southern Africa in Burkina Faso at the Sotigui Awards 2019.
In 2020 Adriano was dubbed Best Overall Actor in Canada and awarded the ‘ Kim Renders Award for outstanding performance in his latest film ‘ Kapana’, currently touring globally.
Kapana ‘-The narrative of a Namibian love story also screened at in Los Angeles at the Pan African Film Festival 2021.

In 2020 Adriano was invited to co-host the prestigious event that celebrates African Cinema through FESPACO at the Sotigui Awards.
He has starred in award winning theatre productions such ‘Meme Mia ‘; ‘ Lammie Beukes’; ’District Six’ , ‘The Nut House’ and ‘One flew over the cuckoo’s Nest’ which respectfully earned Adriano Best Actor in theatre at the Namibia Film and Theatre Awards 2017.
In 2019, Visagie adopted Kafka’s Ape in ‘A report to an academy’ , directed by his mentor David Ndjavera in his first solo one hander.
Drawing inspiration from Sello Maake Ka-Ncube, Dr.John Kani & Chiwetel Ejiofor ,Visagie is in a league of his own and says theatre will always be his first love.
Adriano is the co-founder of a non-profit theatre project ‘Actors lab’ that aims at educating fellow aspiring actors and allowing them the platform to develop on stage and in front of the camera.
Visagie completed the Multichoice Talent Factory Master class 2019 for development of film, scripts and local on screen entertainment in the African diaspora.
